Said society is the owner of this website and referred to as Avantium.
2. Conditions of use and access
This “Legal Disclaimer” governs the use of this Website (further down “the Website”) that Avantium makes available to Internet Users.
By using our website and its contents, the users (further down “the User”) accepts the terms and conditions set down in the Legal Disclaimer, published at the time of access. The User is obliged to make diligent use of the website in accordance with the Law and the current Legal Disclaimer. The User must read carefully this Legal Disclaimer whenever using the website, since modifications may be made to the conditions of use.
Access to the Website is free other than those relative costs of connection charged by the telecom provider that the User has contracted.
Avantium reserves the right to restrict access without prior warning to the Website, as well as to restrict any of the services available, due to technical, security, maintenance or electricity supply issues or any others. These restrictions maybe of a temporary, or definitive nature.
Avantium does not guarantee the reliability or availability of its Website, as such the User uses it at his/her own risk.

The Website in question aims to provide Users with information, products and services that Avantium offers, the design, presentation and configuration of which may be modified at any moment without prior warning, as can its contents.
The information provided on the Website acts as complementary service and does not replace the service provided directly by the company’s professionals - auditors, consultants, legal and fiscal advisors –because the information does not provide the User with sufficient knowledge upon which to base any personal or company decision making.

The use of certain services or requests to Avantium are contingent upon the User registering correctly by using the corresponding forms.

6. Industrial and Intellectual Property
All of the information contained in this Website, including the graphic design, images, source codes, brands, commercial and trade names, articles, reports…etc, are subject to the industrial and intellectual rights of Avantium or third parties.
Under no circumstances does access to the Website imply the renunciation, transmission, transfer or partial or total licencing of the aforementioned intellectual and industrial property rights, nor does it confer any rights of use, translation adaptation, alteration or exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication for commercial purposes of said content without previous and express authorisation from Avantium, or a third holder of the affected rights.
The User maintains the right to visualise and obtain a copy in the cache of the User’s computer, as transient and incidental reproductions, although at no time is her/she authorised to communicate the same to third parties.
An infringement of any of the aforementioned rights may constitute a violation of the present provisions as well as a punishable crime in accordance with Articles 270 and the subsequent Articles thereof of the Criminal Code.
7. Responsibility
Avantium will not be responsible for interruptions, delays, errors or breakdown to its service for reasons beyond its control or due to the wilful misconduct or fault of the User or due to force majeure. The concept of force majeure encompasses failures of third parties, operators or service companies, lack of access to third party networks, acts or omissions of public authorities, events that occur as a result of natural phenomena, blackouts etc, hacker attacks or attacks by third parties specialised in computer system security or integrity, providing that Avantium has taken the necessary security measures that exist in accordance with the state of technology.
In any case, whatever the cause, Avantium will not take any responsibility whether that be for indirect or direct damage, consequential damage and/or loss of profit.
Avantium is not responsible for the content and opinions of third parties on its Website nor of any of the information contained in the web pages of third parties which can be accessed using links or searches on the Website, since their function is to inform the User of the existence of other sources of information on the Internet, which can provide additional information to that already given on the this Website. Hence, Avantium will not be held responsible for the results obtained from using these hypertext links.
When you are able to access the web pages of third parties using search engines or links, Avantium acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17, Law 32/2002, from July 12th, regarding Information Services Society and E-Commerce and will only be responsible for the content and services supplied in the site links when, despite having an actual knowledge of them being illicit, has failed to act with due diligence and deactivate it.
On no account does the existence of Linked Sites signify that there exists any agreement with the managers or owners of them, nor recommendation, promotion or identification with Aviantum, nor with its activities, content or service providers.
Avantium is not aware of the content or services in the Linked Sites and therefore is not liable for damages resulting from illegality, quality, unavailability, failure, error or futility of the content and/or services of these Linked Sites or any other damage that is not directly attributable to Avantium.
Avantium accepts no responsibility for the use the User makes of the services and products on the website nor for his/her passwords or for any other material from the Website, breaching intellectual or industrial property rights or any other third party rights.
Avantium is not responsible for damages caused to Users as a result of computer viruses contracted by the User whilst browsing the Website or for whatever other damages that are derived from browsing. It is the sole responsibility of the User to have the necessary tools required for detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes.
Avantium does not offer any guarantee that the content on its Website is free of errors nor that it will carry out the correction of any defect, nor that the current Website or Server is free of viruses or any other damaging components on the current.

With regard to information provided by underage users, it is absolutely necessary that the sender has previously obtained parental consent, or consent from a tutor or legal guardian in order for the personal data to be processed automatically.
Avantium adopts the necessary levels of security required under the Regulation of Security Measures, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 on June 6th, that is to say the necessary measures in order to avoid the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access to personal data, bearing in mind the state of technology at all times.
