Management team
The Management Team at avantium>> business consulting is made up of various members.
The company also has a Board of Directors made up of independent and highly esteemed professionals and entrepreneurs.
Alejandro Ylla, Shareholder-Director of avantium>> business consulting
Administration and Business Management degree and Masters in Business Administration, ESADE.
Before joining the company he held managerial positions for various companies in the automotive sector and managed, as shareholder and director, the consultancy division of Grant Thornton in Spain.
He has, amongst other things, directed the design and implementation programs for the Business Process Management as well as the definition and implementation of the Strategic Plans and balanced Score Cards for different sized companies in the industrial and service sectors.
He is also a lecturer at ESADE for their Executive Education programs and a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
