SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
AVANTIUM BUSINESS CONSULTING, S.L., hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, informs the USER that it has created a profile on Social Media (X and LinkedIn, YouTube) and is responsible for processing the personal data of the user that is carried out on those social networks. It informs you that these data will be treated in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), providing the following information about the processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the RESPONSIBLE, which may include the following operations:
• Handle requests and inquiries made to the controller
• Inform about activities and events organized by the controller
• Inform about products or services offered by the controller
• Interact through the official profiles
Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR - the data subject has given their consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the social network of the RESPONSIBLE, showing thus interest in the information published therein. Therefore, by requesting to follow our official profiles, you are giving your consent for the processing of those personal data published on your profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure privacy.
The RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes that public information of the USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the RESPONSIBLE when necessary to handle the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: they will be kept while the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Data communication: the information provided by the USER through the social networks of the RESPONSIBLE, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and therefore may be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public, see the permissions that have been granted, delete them or disable them, as well as any third-party application that is no longer desired.
No personal data communication to third parties outside the social network is foreseen unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights available to the USER: they will only be satisfied in relation to that information that is under the control of the RESPONSIBLE.

• Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and restriction or opposition to their processing
• Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations

2. USE OF PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE will perform the following actions:
• Access to public profile information
• Publication on the USER's profile of any information already published on the RESPONSIBLE's social network
• Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels
• Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content they no longer find interesting, and restrict with whom they share their connections by accessing their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER becomes a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they can post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, possess the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
It is expressly forbidden to publish any content on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is susceptible to violating morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaks intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the USER's permanent block.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, making them primarily responsible for their privacy.
The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL CAPABILITIES
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER's social networks are prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. Additionally, if the USER has special capabilities, it will be necessary for the person exercising their parental authority or guardianship or their legal representative to intervene through a valid document accrediting the representation.
The CONTROLLER will be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special capabilities. The social networks of the CONTROLLER do not consciously collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the CONTROLLER's social networks, or provide any personal information.
